She received her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2019. She is an Arkansas native who completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Hart practiced as a solo Optometrist here at Collinsville Primary Eyecare from 1982 until July of 2020 when he finally found a successor to Dr. Then, the office building underwent a complete remodel and expansion in 1995.
